Hearings at other venues to be discussed on request. Counsel can be instructed upon request. Counsel’s fees would then need to be negotiated on an individual basis.

Disbursements: All disbursements will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Examples of disbursements include home office/visa application fees https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/visa-regulations-revised-table, court application fees https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/immigration-and-appeals-tribunal-fees-t495, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.

*Applications for more than one individual will be charged at an extra 50% per application for each additional person

Our fixed fee includes:

• considering documents
• attending on you
• taking instructions and providing advice
• preparing and submitting the application
• advising you on timelines and the outcome of your application

Our work will involve:

• discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
• giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.
• considering the supporting evidence you provide
• where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
• preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf.
• giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. The above fees do not include disbursements. Disbursements may include:

• Interpreters costs – At an average of £20 – £30 per hour
• Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary.

The costs quoted here do not include: Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.

How long will my application take?

We will normally be able to submit an application within 4 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Please note the above fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
