Samera Mohammed is the Founder, Director and a practising Solicitor at Law and Justice Solicitors, a UK law firm specialising in immigration and asylum law, with its head office in Wednesbury, West Midlands and a consultation facility in Ilford, London.
She studied LL.B (Hons) at the University of Wolverhampton, followed by a Master of Laws and the Legal Practice Course. She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and founded Law and Justice Solicitors in 2016.
Samera is an experienced UK immigration solicitor specialising in immigration and asylum law. She represents clients in a wide range of matters including asylum claims, human rights applications and complex UK immigration cases, working with clients across the West Midlands, London and nationwide.
She holds Law Society Level 2 accreditation in Immigration and Asylum Law with Supervisor status. The firm is also Lexcel accredited, reflecting its commitment to high standards of legal practice and client care.
Her interest in law developed from a desire to support individuals who are vulnerable or disadvantaged, particularly those who may struggle to navigate the legal system. This has shaped her approach to immigration and asylum work.
